Xiao Jing began her career as an aerobics and fitness instructor after she completed her studies. In the beginning of her teaching career, she was more into cardio exercises before her friend introduced her to a yoga class one day.

Ever since that first class, Xiao Jing fell in love with yoga and she completed her Diploma in Yoga Teaching from Sivaananda with Tirisula Yoga in Penang before starting to teach yoga full time.

XiaoJing continues to attend yoga workshops, teacher training and seminars to learn different styles of yoga and new teaching techniques and hopes to continue to share her knowledge with her students.
