Amanda has always been active when it comes to sports. After taking martial arts, she decided that yoga was necessary to complement her training.


Yoga began to grow on her, which leads her to complete the 200-Hour Yoga Alliance Teacher's Training at Dayananda Ashram.


Amanda is a firm believer of not taking yourself too seriously and that it's perfectly fine to fall out of pose and have a good laugh as long as we get up and keep moving!
