Angie found yoga at a difficult time of her life and willingly or not has been having a torrid love affair with it since. Her adoration of movement derives from an early start with dance at the age of 6. Yoga has since grounded her on so many levels, from a corporate party animal to a person mindful of what she puts in her body. She left her job in the financial sector and did her 200 hour teacher training with Absolute Yoga. After an injury to the knee, she began to delve into the therapeutics and the restorative abilities of yoga. She has since trained with teachers such as Noah Maze and Sianna Sherman. She has recently completed 50 hours with Jo Phee in Yin yoga.
A class with Angie will be energetic with focus on alignment at the forefront. She teaches Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Hot yoga. She believes that the body is the best teacher and always let the breath lead the movement. She also believes in practicing with kindness and compassion to others and self, on and off the mat.
