Hatha Flow class integrates all aspects of a traditional Hatha yoga class - breath awareness, postures as well as sun salutations and some creative flowing sequences. Both dynamic and relaxing, you'll leave feeling refreshed, lighter and brighter after creating space in your body and mind. (Multi-level)
This invigorating flow will bring energy and intention setting to your morning routine. Each session consists of a warm up flow, sun salutations, balancing and integration, and a cool down meditation. All levels are encouraged to come, as variations and options can be made for each pose. (Multi-level)

In an aerial yoga class, you perform the same poses you do on a yoga mat, except you use a silk hammock that's suspended from the ceiling as a prop to support you through the various flows. The purpose of the hammock is to help you improve flexibility and build strength, while allowing you to do more challenging poses without added pressure on your shoulders, spine, or head. Aerial Stretch & Conditioning
This class focuses on yoga related stretches done with the Aerial silk hammock. It will feature minimal inversions and is perfect for those wanting a good stretch. Class is suitable for beginner to intermediate level practitioners (Multi-level)
Aerial Flow 1 & 2
The class takes place mid-air as you flow from pose to pose on a silk hammock. This prop takes the strain off your body letting your practice be longer and more comfortable. Aerial Flow 1 is for intermediate and Aerial Flow 2 is for advanced practitioners. (Intermediate/Advanced)
Get ready to sweat, burn & flow in this dynamic prop based mat class. Designed to be at an intermediate pace, experience dynamic floor work through pilates, aerobic, cardio, HIIT, movement practices. Using at least 2 props this total body workout, will get you working up a sweat, but still mindfully moving at a safe pace to pumping beats. (Multi-level)
