It is with excitement and gratitude that we welcome you back to the studio.

In an updated advisory on Friday (May 7), Sport Singapore (SportSG) said low-intensity physical activities will be allowed to continue at indoor gyms and fitness studios amid tightened COVID-19 guidelines. During this period, high-intensity classes will not be available.

We adhere to current government guidelines as part of our commitment to upholding and maintaining a safe space for all members, instructors and staff.

Remember to check-in via SafeEntry upon arriving at the studio and check-out when you leave.

You are required to sanitize your hands before entering the class.

All students are required to bring their own mat. Mats are not allowed to leave in the studio after the class.

Mats will be placed 2 meters apart.

Mask to be worn at all times, even in class. If there is a need to remove your mask for any reason, please leave the studio first.

The use of props will not be available during this time.

Please do not attend classes if you are unwell.

Do not intermingle. Please avoid chit-chatting and leave the premises immediately after class.

All classes must be pre-booked. Walk-ins are not allowed.

As part of the strict guidelines, we will not be allowing our instructors to conduct classes if they show any symptoms of being unwell. As such, classes may be cancelled or there may be last minute changes to the instructors.

As there are limited slots available, if you cannot attend the class, please cancel your booking 4 hours in advance so that we can release the slot to others.

We apologize for any inconvenience and your kind cooperation will be greatly appreciated.
