ERIC KOW

Through continuous study and practice, Eric Kow has developed a deep respect for the ancient science of Yoga and the tremendous benefits that it brings for the body, mind and spirit.

Eric received his teacher's training in Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Ashram in Neyyar Dam, India. A dedicated Hatha Yoga practitioner, he focuses on yoga asanas and breathing to students to help bring about the release of physical and mental tension.
