MELISSA TANG

Melissa believes that students should feel stress-free, joyful, energized and generally feel good about their mind and body during and after each yoga practice. She emphasizes on safety and proper alignment, so that students practice yoga in a safe environment and to prevent injuries due to incorrect alignment.

 

Melissa seeks to inspire and help others find inner peace, calmness and joy, as well as strengthen their body and mind through yoga practice.
