Pamela’s yoga journey began in 2004, when she was looking for an alternative form of exercise to keep fit. Yoga was a way for her to enjoy her ‘me time’ on the mat and forget about her work-related stress while she gets into bendy poses. She will always leave each class feeling calmer and definitely happier. Therefore, she decided to take the leap of faith and trade her pencil skirts to yoga leggings (way more comfortable too!).
Pamela hopes to share her love and passion for Yoga with her students and hopes that they will always walk out of the class feeling better than when they came in.
