Teaching Team
Rachel

Rachel's journey with yoga began in 2009. The liberating and balancing benefits of the practice gave her the direction of her life. She believes that yoga is a great tool for everyone to feel and get better and it is this belief that got her to deepen her practice by taking up and completed the 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training Course with Dr. Lynn Yeo and Sumei Shum at Space & Light. She is currently doing her 500-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Training Course.
Her teaching strength lies in attention to details, with a focus on how to make the poses effective for students through precise instructions and adjustments. Vibrant and cheerful, she brings her cheerful personality into the classes to engage and motivate her students.
