Shu Ting
Shu Ting is an E-RYT 200 Yoga Alliance registered instructor with a background in Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Vinyasa. Shu Ting embraces every opportunity to hold space for her students to explore the practice. She strongly believes that the yoga mat should be a safe space where we can let our guards down, be open and vulnerable; allowing ourselves to find strength and healing through yoga.
Shu Ting’s teaching style is influenced by an understanding of human anatomy, functional movements, somatics, myofascial meridians, the nervous system and energetic alignment. Her students love her calm demeanor and soothing voice. She has a ready smile for everyone and hopes to inspire positive transformations and help more people incorporate yoga as part of their lives.
