To make your practice more pleasant, please note on the following -

Preparation for class

  • First timers to the studio will require you to arrive at the studio at least 15 minutes before class for the registration.

  • Bring your own towel (if needed).

  • Avoid having a full meal at least 4 hours before class.

  • Kindly declare if you are pregnant or suffering from any health conditions.

Useful Information

  • All classes are airconditioned.

  • Mats and yoga props are provided.

  • Lockers and changing rooms are provided for your use.

  • Be punctual for classes. Students will not be allowed into the class 10 mins. after class commencement.

  • All classes must be booked in advance through the website. We will confirm your booking through your email.

  • We will send you a notification about your class/es via sms on the day of your class. Please reply to us if you can or

      cannot attend the class.
